Kemer is located 40 kilometers south-west of the resort town of Antalya - a real jewel of the coast in Turkey. Clean air, where the scent of pine with fresh seafood, clear water of Mediterranean, orange groves and aspirations up tops of ancient mountains - all this creates a unique charm of Kemer, making it the ideal place to relax.

This is where, according to ancient legend, lived chimera - the fire-breathing monster with the head of a lion, the body of a goat and the tail of a serpent. The Greeks believed it blamed for all ills. The hero Bellerophon on the winged horse Pegasus defeated the monster, but the flame is not extinguished and still remains on top of the mountain Yanartas. Yanartas which means flaming rock is the Turkish name of a geographical feature near the Olympos valley of national park in Antalya Province in southwestern Turkey.

Situated far from Kemer are the ruins of the ancient city of Olympos and Phaselis, Every year it attracts tourists from all over the world to see on the walls of the ancient fortress, remnants of a fishing estuary, and the ruins of an amphitheater agora.
